Tasks
One work queue — system gaps from matched Explorer evidence, plus freeform tasks you or the Agent add.
What is Tasks?
Tasks unify findings and follow-through. System tasks come from matching the Explorer corpus to your company: prompts where competitors are mentioned and you’re not, positioning drift, and citation sources worth pursuing. You and the Agent can also add freeform tasks. Each system task links to its matched prompts.
How does it work?
- 1Open Tasks to see the active queue for your company (nav badge shows the count).
- 2Each system task shows the gap, why it matters, and the matched prompts behind it.
- 3Drill into Prompts to verify the buyer questions, answers, and citations.
- 4Create content directly from a task, or archive / mark done when it’s done.
- 5Add a freeform task yourself, or ask the Agent to create one.
Why it matters
Metrics tell you where you stand; Tasks tell you what to do about it — ranked, tied to evidence, and without a second hop into a separate queue.
